The Chemistry Set are a cult London psychedelic band. Composed of veterans of the late 80s neo-psychedelic boom, the group received regular airplay on John Peel’s show. After a number os small-label releases in the 80s and early 90s, the band went on extended hiatus, reappearing in 2008 and continuing activity to the present. Not to be confused with several other bands of the same name.
