Luigi "Gigi" Venegoni is best known as the guitarist of Arti e Mestieri. He formed Venegoni & Co in 1977 after leaving that group, though he has rejoined them from time to time since. The main peculiarity of Venegoni & Co was to have a very open and democratic structure.
