Jukka Jorma Tolonen (born 16 April 1952 in Helsinki) is a Finnish guitarist, best known for his work in Tasavallan Presidentti, which he founded with drummer Vesa Aaltonen. In addition to Presidentti, he has led his own bands and worked with a number of other artists.
