Originally formed in 1999 in Las Vegas NV, The NSRO was a studio project for many years, but because members are scattered from the east coast to the west coast and hawaii, a live version of the band was formed in South Carolina in 2017 to coincide with the CD release. Led by Dr. Nolan Stolz, an assistant profssor of music at the University of South Carolina Upstate, where he teaches courses in composition, theory, popular music studies and drum set
