Mark Murdock is a musician born in Phoenix, Arizona, now resident in Tokyo, Japan. He is best known as a drummer, having worked with Peter Banks in Empire, but is proficient at many other instruments as well. Among his many projects are the jazz-rock band Cymbalic Encounters, which has featured members of Brand X, and Nuclear Bird.
