The Hook was an obscure American heavy psych band originally a trio of Bobby Arlin (guitar, vocals), Buddy Sklar (bass, vocals), and Craig Boyd (drums). They released their debut album in early 1968, and for their second album (later the same year) Dale Loyola replaced Boyd and Dennis Provisor (organ, vocals) joined. The Hook's main claim to fame was appearing in an episode of the Ironside TV show.
