Stirrup is an experimental trio based in Chicago. The group consists of Nick Macri (bass), Fredrick Lonberg-Holm (cello, baritone guitar), and Charles Rumback (drums). Macri has worked with Sunny Day Real Estate, The Fire Theft, and many others; Lonberg-Holm's resume includes The Flying Luttenbachers, Vandermark 5, God Is My Copilot, and dozens of others; Rumback has released several recordings on his own and with Colorist and other groups.
