Naked Truth is an international collective formed by Italian bassist Lorenzo Feliciati. He recruited Pat Mastelotto on drums, Roy Powell (InterStatic, Mumpbeak) on keyboards, and experimental trumpet player Cuong Vu. For the band's second album Graham Haynes replaced Cuong Vu, playing electrified cornet.

He founded his band Theoretical Girls in the mid-70s as an art-punk answer to what he saw as the increasing commercialization of punk music.
