The Gar are a so-called Fifth Generation yaogun (Chinese rock) band from Beijing, currently consisting of Zhan Pan on guitar and vocals, Zhu Bo Xuan on bass (ex-Hedgehog, also current Nova Heart bassist), and Wang Xu (also the drummer for Zhang Shouwang side project White+).
