Bryan Ferry, CBE (born 26 September 1945) is an English singer-songwriter and musician. He came to prominence in the early 1970s as the lead vocalist and principal songwriter with the art rock band Roxy Music, which released three number one albums and ten singles entering the top ten charts in the United Kingdom during the 1970s and the 1980s. In addition to keeping Roxy Music going, he has had a successful solo career.
