French guitarist (and multi-instrumentalist) best-known in the influential 70s prog band Sandrose. Jean-Pierre Alarcen was a founder member of Le Système Crapoutchik, featured in many other bands during his career: Eden Rose, Tartempion, and also worked a lot as a guest/session musician.
