Bio / info
Ten Jinn is an American progressive rock band formed in 1991 by John Paul Strauss (keyboards, vocals) and Jimmy Borel (drums). Since that time, Strauss has worked with a variety of other musicians in incarnations of Ten Jinn until 2004, when he started graduate school to earn a master's degree in music theory and composition. As part of his studies, he wrote a piece for piano and string orchestra called "Sisyphus," which he later reworked into a piece for a new version of Ten Jinn.
