Hábitat was first formed in the early 80s, but disbanded after playing a couple of concerts. The band briefly resumed activity in 1987, then lapsed again into inactivity until being resurrected in 1994. They have remained active since, with Aldo Pinelli (vocals, bass, guitars, percussion) and Sergio Raffaghello (keyboards) the constant members.
