Profile
Duck Fight Goose (鸭打鹅 Yā dǎ é) is a Shanghai-based group, formed in 2009 out of the legendary Miniless collective. Their first EP, Flow, combined modern ambient post-rock with driving, 70s prog-rock riffs. They subsequently signed with Maybe Mars Records, and have released their first full-length album, entitled Sports. The band features musicians who have played in such other bands as Boojii, 33 Dao, and Muscle Snog. After their second full-length release, they started favoring the name YADAE, based on the romanization of their Chinese name, and moved into more electronic territory.
