Dou Wei (窦唯, born October 14, 1969) is a Chinese multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer-songwriter, and composer. He first came to prominence as a member of the popular rock group Black Panther (Hei Bao, 黑豹). In addition to releasing music under his own name, he works with a number of ensembles with varying names.

Stańko's career started in Krzysztof Komeda's quintet, where he contributed trumpet from 1963-1967, when he formed his own group.
