Cressida was a British progressive rock band, best known for their mellow, symphonic sound. Originally known as Charge, they were active from 1968 to 1970, and recorded two albums for Vertigo. The group consisted of Kevin McCarthy (bass), Iain Clark (drums), John Heyworth (guitar), Angus Cullen (vocals), and Peter Jennings (keyboards).
