Ping is an Oslo band formed in the late 90s and inspired by Frank Zappa, Tom Waits, Wilco, and a host of more experimental artists. The groups features Jørgen Greiner (bass, vocals), Mattis Janitz (guitar), Tore Hofstad (keyboards), Roald Madland (synthesizers), Mats Monstad (drums, percussion), Bjørn Arne Johansen (guitar), and Kristoffer Berre Alberts (saxophone).
