Kong Klang was a band formed by Norwegian songwriter Lasse Myrvold in the early 90s. He had been in a number of New Wave bands in the 80s and after the breakup of The Beste, dropped out of the music scene for a time before forming Kong Klang. The band released their self-titled debut in 1999 to little notice. Myrvold died of cancer in 2006.
