Bio / info
Harlequin Mass was a progressive rock band based in Portland, Oregon. The members were Jeff Pike (guitar, keyboards, woodwinds, vocals), John Reagan (drums), Lyle Holdahl (bass, guitar, keyboards, flute, vocals), and Nancy Deaver (vocals, keyboards). The group released an LP in 1978, and later changed into Stubborn Puppet, which was based in Seattle and recorded a few tracks but broke up without releasing an album. Holdahl, Reagan, Pike, and Dave Salwitz reconvened in 2017 to record the material written in the early 80s. Reagan is also the drummer for Dissonati.
