Beats & Pieces Big Band is an ensemble led by composer / conductor Ben Cottrell, who started the group in Manchester in 2008. As of 2018, the members are Anthony Brown, Oliver Dover, and Tom Ward (saxophones); Owen Bryce, Graham South, and Nick Walters (trumpets); Richard Foote, Simon Lodge, and Rich Mcveigh (trombones); and a rhythm section of Anton Hunter (guitar), Richard Jones (keyboards), Stewart Wilson (bass), and Finlay Panter (drums).

Seaprog 2019 Lineup Almost Complete – The Seaprog festival in Seattle is scheduled for June 7-9 this year, and they've announced their lineup of performers.
