What's next from Johnny Unicorn

Seattle-based musician and composer Johnny Unicorn, while being a full-time member of Autumn Electric, somehow has found the time to record his next album. Angels in the Oort Cloud is available for streaming now, and will be released in physical form this fall.

by Jon Davis, Published 2014-07-17

From the press release:

Johnny Unicorn has released a new album digitally. It is called "Angels In the Oort Cloud." It is his seventh album, and features one progressive epic, four rock songs, and a long folk song with lush arrangements. The album could not be completed without the help of JU's skilled musical colleagues. The CD is scheduled to be pressed by the 1st of October.
Until August 20th, Johnny Unicorn will be taking CD preorders, and anyone who preorders will have their face drawn into the inner part of the gatefold jacket.
You can stream the album all you want or preorder it here: https://johnnyunicorn.bandcamp.com/album/angels-in-the-oort-cloud

He's also produced a video commercial for it:

Angels in the Oort Cloud features some of his Autumn Electric cohorts as well as a number of other guests, though JU handles much of the instrumentation himself. Check out his page here at Exposé for reviews of his previous releases.
